Kasheesh Rewards Program - Terms and Conditions
1. Overview of the Rewards Program
The Kasheesh Rewards Program (“Program”) allows eligible customers (“Customers”) to earn cashback rewards (“Rewards”) on qualifying purchases made using their Kasheesh cards. Participation in the Program is subject to the following terms and conditions, which Kasheesh may update from time to time. Terms and Conditions related to the Kasheesh cards may be found at kasheesh.co/rewards_terms. The Kasheesh card issued is issued by Bangor Savings Bank. Kasheesh, Inc. is the sole provider of the Kasheesh Rewards Program.
2. Earning Rewards
Customers earn Rewards as a percentage of their qualifying purchases. The cashback rate is determined by the customer’s current Rewards tier which can be viewed on the user’s dashboard at kasheesh.co.
Rewards are earned on the net amount of qualifying purchases, excluding the transaction fee and any portion of the purchase paid for with previously earned Rewards.
Qualifying purchases are transactions that post to the customer’s account and do not include returned items, disputed transactions, or any other transactions deemed ineligible by Kasheesh.
Kasheesh may also award Rewards for additional actions as determined from time to time.
3. Rewards Tiers
The Program features multiple Rewards tiers, with higher tiers offering increased cashback rates.
Rewards accrual begins at the time customers are invited into the rewards program or prompted to activate rewards at sign-up. Any spend in the current quarter prior to being invited to the rewards program will not count towards the quarterly spend used to calculate rewards earned.
Quarters end at 11:59 PST on the last day of the last month of the quarter. Quarter end dates are as follows:
Q1 starts- 1/1 12:00 PST
Q1 ends- 3/31 11:59 PST
Q2 starts- 4/1 12:00 PST
Q2 ends- 6/30 11:59 PST
Q3 starts- 7/1 12:00 PST
Q3 ends- 9/30 11:59 PST
Q4 starts- 10/1 12:00 PST
Q4 ends- 12/31 11:59 PST
Tiers are based on the total amount spent by the customer using their Kasheesh card during a calendar quarter.
At the end of each quarter, a customer’s tier will reset, and they must requalify based on their spending in the new quarter.

4. Rewards Posting and Availability
Rewards earned on a qualifying transaction will be available 30 days after the transaction posts to the customer’s account, provided the transaction is not returned or disputed.
Rewards are earned in relation to the amount spent in a given quarter. If a return or refund occurs, the amount spent in the quarter will be reduced accordingly, and the Rewards earned from that purchase will be deducted from the customer’s Rewards balance.
If a Rewards balance becomes negative due to a return or adjustment, customers do not owe any amount. However, they will need to accumulate additional qualifying purchases to bring their balance into a positive status before using Rewards for future purchases.
5. Rewards Cap
Customers can earn a maximum of $500 in rewards per quarter. Once $500 in rewards have been earned, no further rewards will be generated in that quarter, pending any reversals or refunds.
Customers who have reached their cap will be allowed to continue earning rewards in the next quarter.
6. Using Rewards
Rewards can be applied only toward future purchases made with a Kasheesh card.
Rewards are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash or any other cash equivalent.
Rewards are applied at the Kasheesh card level. Customers must ensure that the card they wish to use has Rewards enabled to use their rewards. As of this time, rewards are only available for redemption on the multi-use card.
If a customer’s account is closed, either voluntarily or involuntary, all unused Rewards will be forfeited, and the Rewards balance will be reduced to $0.
7. Returns and Adjustments
If a purchase for which Rewards were earned is returned, the corresponding Rewards will be deducted from the customer’s Rewards balance.
In cases where the return results in a negative Rewards balance, the customer will need to earn additional Rewards through future purchases to bring their balance positive before redeeming any Rewards.
8. Account Closure or Suspension
Kasheesh reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these terms.
In the event of account closure, all remaining Rewards will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or reinstated.
9. Changes to the Program
Kasheesh reserves the right to modify, restrict, or terminate the Rewards Program and its terms at any time without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to changing the cashback rates, adjusting tier requirements, modifying qualifying actions, and altering the availability of Rewards.
10. General
Rewards earned through the Program are promotional and have no monetary value until redeemed.
Participation in the Program constitutes the customer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.
